- Interested candidates who wants to apply for For Adv 01 & 02 should Apply Online by visiting National Testing Services (NTS) website www.nts.org.pk
- Interested candidates will also submit duly filled-in online application form directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on the Application Form till last date, along with following documents: –
- Deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of NTS
- Copy of CNIC
- Two recent passport size photographs
- For Adv 03 Fill in the application form online at https://hrmis.pshealth.punjab.gov.pk/jobs/account before January 10, 2022, by 11:59 PM positively.
- For Adv 04 Interested Candidates should Apply Online through NTS website www.nts.org.pk
- Interested Candidates who wants to apply for For Adv 05 should Apply Online through www.pshealth.punjab.gov.pk/promotion
- Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be rejected.
- The Test/Processing Fee will be paid through 1 link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/ TCS Express Courier using 20 Digits Invoice number generated on Fee Slip.
- By hand/ courier/postal applications cannot be entertained.
- Only 1 Bill Invoice payment will be accepted.
- Only short-listed candidates shall be called for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview.
