Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill the following posts for twelve (12) district Child Protection Units of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa namely Abbottabad. Bannu. Battagram, Boner, Charsadda. Chitral, Kohat, Lower Dir. Mardan, Peshawar. Swabi and Swat. The Candidates has to fulfill the eligibility criteria to apply for these vacancies. 2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated UBL deposit slip & deposit prescribed test fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) in any branch of UBL Bank or at UBL OMNI agent on that prescribed printed deposit slip of UBL.
4. ETEA shall verify deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected.
5. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share i with anyone else.
6. After online apply, DON’T send documents{estimonials to ETEA office. copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.
7. Availability of oatine application form om www.etes.ede.pk on 13° September 2021.
8. Last date for submission of ontine application is 28° September 2021.
9. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
10. Test date, time & venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
11. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test.
2. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
3. Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
4. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
5. Age relaxation is admissible as per existing regulations. Candidates, claiming age relaxation, will have to provide attested documentary proof prior of interview.
6. Employees of Govt. Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies/Corporations shall apply through proper channel and will have to produce/ submit NOC at the time of interview.
7. Candidates are required to bring along with them original Computerized National Identity Card for all tests/interviews etc.
8. Based on ETEA screening/written test, candidates scoring and above marks for each cadre of post will be considered for further recruitment process.
9. Interview calls will be issued to short listed candidates only.
10. Shortlisting will be based on the prevailing procedure.
11. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
12. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
13. Number of vacancies can be increased/decreased. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with assigning reason.
14. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
15. In case of foreign degree, equivalency certificate from HEC must be provided.
16. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Previous advertisement by KPCPWC, published on 14 and 17 October 2019 has been cancelled.
• Therefore, candidates, who have applied earlier, are required to submit fresh applications.
• Applicants should be domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• For the post of Social Case Worker, willingness for extensive field work & traveling to any part of Pakistan or abroad, is compulsory.
• No appointee shall have the right on any specific duty station.
• They shall be posted/transferred to any district, any time.
• ETEA will conduct test for screening purpose only.
• Post-test process will be conducted by the concerned authority as per prevailing procedure.
• Eligibility for interview shall be conditional to the provision of all original documents including CNIC, domicile, educational testimonials, experience certificates etc.
