The Pakistan Polio Program is in the process of revising and updating to Communication Strategic Framework As part of this updated framework, a Priority Community Engagement Strategy PCES) will be developed and implemented across the country to boost community trust on vaccination, reduce vaccine hesitancy and refusals.

The primary focus of the PCES is to build alliances with the key influencers from all quarters and gamer community trust for vaccine uptake. Through this project, the national framework will establish an alliance through mapping, deification and partnerships with stakeholders for integrated services delivery (ISD) interventions in the community In this regard RIZ Consulting is looking for competent

candidates to coordinate the work of the PCES at National level.

Position 1: National PCES Manager (1 Position in Islamabad)

The incumbent will be responsible for creating the strategic framework of PCES at the national level and ensuring all related efforts implemented across the country are appropriately planned, implemented, and outcome oriented

Position 2: Provincial PCES Manager (1 Position each in Lahore. Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar).

The incumbent will identity, map, and engage key influencers to support the vaccine trust in key communes across polio endemic areas The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Provincial Team in connecting and enlisting the support of key influencers to build and sustain community trust in reducing refusals and resistance to vaccines across key communities.

Position 3: Deputy Provincial PCES Manager (1 Position each in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar).

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Provincial Teams in building partnerships with educational institutions, medical associations, NGOs CBOS, and other relevant organizations (eg, trade unions, private companies, etc.) to build regain and sustain community trust and generate demand for vaccine in priority areas.

Criteria for Manager Jobs:

Master’s degree in social sciences including Sociology Anthropology, Mass Communication, management science and public health can apply·

Experience required.

National position – 7 years and 5 years experience for provincial positions in relevant field of community engagement and demonstrated experience of stakeholders coordination and monitoring and evaluation of public health interventions in communities Willing to travel extensively on short notices Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PPT is essential Linguistic Bendy in Pashto, English, and Urdu.
