Conditions & How to apply for New Job in Punjab Education Department Secretariat 2021

1. Company will have to ink an agreement with Secretariat on non judicial stamp paper within 10 days of the approval of posts of guard and others by competent authority.
2. The initial period of agreement shall be three years, renewable after every fiscal year.
3. On good performance. agreement can be further extended with the consent of both the parties. The successful firm will have to provide staff within seven days of approval.
4. In case of showing bad performance the competent authority secretary (Education Department South Punjab) shall be authorized to revoke agreement any time.
5. Company shall be bound to provide uniform and licensed arms and other equipment to personnel/security guards. The age of guard must be between 20 to 45 years besides him being healthy.
6. Retired army person shall be preferred.
7. Where ever the security guard/company shall be deployed shall be responsible for the safety of all the items and installations there.
8. The payment of departmental tax of federal/provincial government shall be through company.
9. In case of any dispute, Secretary Education Department South Punjab shall be arbitrator and his decision shall be binding on both the parties and could not be challenged in any court of law.

11. Successful firm will have to deposit 5% CDR of annual contract amount as performance guarantee under clause 56 which shall be refundable on expiry of contract period.
12. Agreement shall be executed under Punjab Government Labour, Manpower, Social Security and other Labour Act Laws.
13. Successful firm will have to submit 10% of approved offer as earnest money at the spot.
